Jusque là tout va bien.
je reçoit un numéro de suivit DHL par mail le 28 Fèvrier 2013.
Soit dèjà 11 jours alors qu'ils annonce un envoi en 2/3 jours!
le 12,13,14 rien.
j'appelle DHL à Nantes(comme précisé dans le mail de suivi)
- Il y a bien un bon de livraison à ce numéro mais n'est jamais parti, parce que colis non déposé.
j'attend un peu.
le 15 Mars.
Une voiture DHL s’arrête devant la maison.
La tablette est là, enfin!
Il ouvre le colis.
- pas de housse de protection ou plutôt si! une pochette bulle!!
- pas de film d'écran.
- la tablette, le chargeur avec l'adaptateur Europe.
Il s'allume. ok, cela marche!
Sur la barre des fonctions annexes Androïd.
- il manque l'icone GPS, Bluetooth.
- il trouve les caractéristiques de la tablette.
-c'est pas une quadcore cpu mais seulement une dualcore.
Donc, il y a problème de modèle.
Après consultation du site du constructeur.
Ce n'est pas la "Héro II" C'est la 'Héro I".
Mais a la lecture du descriptif de la "II" il s'avère qu'elle n'a pas de GPS, ni de Bluetooth.
Donc il c'est fait enflé sur toute la ligne.
- Descriptif faux
- livraison d'un modèle moins chère.
- Bref la M......
Ouverture d'un litige sur paypal!
Mais toujours pas de nouvelle ni de l'un ni de l'autre.
Donc un conseil, ne faite pas les même erreur que moi.
1 - Regarder sur les forums si le site est de qualité.
- Exemple d'un premier forum Tabmania.fr
- Exemple d'un deuxième forum Trustpilot
2 - Regarder sur le site du constructeur si le descriptif est conforme.
- Ainol Novo
3 - Payer par Paypal ou autre site de payement sécurisé!
4 - Ouvrer un litige dès le moindre retard.
Une histoire vrai qui se répète de plus en plus souvent.
