J'avais fait un siège en lattes de cèdre, a partir d'un plan trouvé sur le Web.
Il sait avéré, très inconfortable, même avec de la mousse.
J'ai regardé l'assise de l'Arktika, elle est moulé, en plastique dure...
Comme, on est jamais mieux servi que par soit même.
J'ai fabriqué une assise à ma morphologie...
Voici ma méthode
Elle a fait ces preuves pour d'autres moulages...
Le cadre de bois fait 400x400mm avec des lattes de 100mm de hauteur.
Les angles sont fait avec les 4 angles d'un cageot de fruits en bois et vous assure l'équerrage des lattes.
Pour économiser le plâtre et rigidifier la forme, j'ai mis des morceaux de styrodur.
Puis rempli généreusement le cadre de plâtre.
Puis mis un sac poubelle par dessus.
Puis je me suis assis sur le moule... attendre un bon quart d'heure, la prise du plâtre.
Le moment délicat du démoulage passé. Vous avez un moule femelle de vos fesses...
lissez le moule. Il est enfin prêt, pour mouler une assis.
Comment fait t'on pour mouler son siège.
Vous protégez le moule avec un sac plastique très mince.Puis vous imprégnez à la résine
Dans l'ordre:un morceau de 45x45cm de roving 160grun morceau de 45x45cm de mat 400gr.un morceau de 45x45cm de roving 160gr
une bande 10x3cm sur le pourtour du moule en roving 160gr
un morceau de 45x45cm de mat 400gr
une bande 10x3cm sur le coté du moule en roving 160gr pour finir de renforcer l'emplacement des futur vis d'encrage du siège dans le bateau.
La résine utilisée? C'est du polyester pour la rapidité de polymérisation.
Voici le résultat, une fois installé dans le bateau avec une fine mousse.
Cette méthode est très efficace pour de petites séries.
Elle peut servir pour fabriquer des cales cuisses, un dossier, etc
